Orders and delivery
When will my order arrive?
We deliver all over Pakistan, by courier. Your order arrives within the estimate in working days that checkout and your tracking page show. You pay one delivery fee wherever you are, and pay in cash when it arrives.
How do I track my order?
Your confirmation email has a private tracking link. It shows each stage, from Placed, Confirmed and Packed to Out for delivery and Delivered, with the latest update from our team. You can also find your order with its code and email on Track an order.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, until your order is out for delivery. Open your tracking page and change the address there. After that, message us on WhatsApp.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, from your tracking page until your order is out for delivery. You pay on delivery, so there is nothing to refund. After that, message us on WhatsApp.
Payment
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery, everywhere in Pakistan. You pay the courier when your order arrives.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in Pakistani rupees (Rs). The price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.
Swaps and returns
Can I swap my racket?
Yes. If your racket is unused, you can swap it within 7 days.
How do I start a swap?
Message us on WhatsApp or call +92 336 4722458 with your order code, and tell us which racket you’d like instead.
Rackets and warranty
Are your rackets genuine?
Yes. Every racket we sell is genuine and comes with a warranty. If you think yours has a fault, contact us with your order code and a few photos and we’ll help with the next steps.
Which racket suits my game?
Send us a voice note on WhatsApp about your game and we’ll help you choose. You can also filter the rackets by level, price, shape and brand.
What do the levels mean?
Every racket lists a level, and you can filter the rackets by it. If you’re not sure which level fits you, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll help.
Your account
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account is optional: it keeps your details and orders together for next time.
Why do you verify my email?
We email you a 6-digit code before your order is placed. Once it is placed, we email you a receipt and a private tracking link, so your email has to be right.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in page, choose Forgot your password?, enter your email and we’ll send you a link to choose a new one.
