This policy covers the personal information the Courtivo shop collects when you place an order, create an account or contact us.
2. What we collect
Your full name, mobile number, email address, city, area, full address and any delivery note you add. If you create an account, we also keep your order history and a protected form of your password. If you contact us, we keep your message.
3. Why we use it
To verify your email, deliver your order, send your receipt, tracking link and shipment updates, contact you about your delivery, and answer your questions.
4. Who sees it
Our team, and the courier delivering your order. They see your name, mobile number, address and the cash amount to collect.
5. Your choices
You can shop as a guest without an account. To see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, email support@courtivo.pk.
