1. Swapping a racket
If your racket is unused, you can swap it within 7 days.
2. How to start a swap
Message us on WhatsApp or call +92 336 4722458 with your order code, and tell us which racket you’d like instead.
3. Genuine rackets
Every racket we sell is genuine.
4. Warranty
Every racket comes with a warranty. If you think yours has a fault, contact us with your order code and a few photos and we’ll help with the next steps.
5. Cancelling before delivery
You can cancel from your tracking page until your order is out for delivery. You pay on delivery, so there is nothing to refund.
