1. Where we deliver
We deliver all over Pakistan, by courier.
2. When it arrives
Delivery takes an estimated number of working days. Checkout and your tracking page show the estimate. There is no delivery day or time to choose.
3. Tracking your order
Your confirmation email has a private tracking link. It shows each stage, from Placed, Confirmed and Packed to Out for delivery and Delivered, with the latest update from our team, your courier and a tracking number when there is one. You can also find your order with its code and email on Track an order.
4. Paying on delivery
You pay the courier in cash when your order arrives, wherever in Pakistan you are. One delivery fee applies to every order. The amount is on your tracking page.
5. Changing your delivery
Until your order is out for delivery, you can change the address from your tracking page.
6. If we miss you
If the courier can’t reach you, your tracking page shows Delivery missed and we contact you to arrange delivery again.
